Assistant supporting our EVP & Chief Operating Officer as
well as our SVP & Chief Compliance Officer, you will oversee all
administrative operations for these two key senior executives. They
are excellent to work with and highly collaborative. Your

attention to detail will be essential to helping them drive

our headquarters located at The Domain, you will be an instrumental
and valued extension of the efforts of these organizational leaders
and their respective staffs by:
- Arranging and
participating in meetings, conferences, and project team
organizing, and updating relevant confidential data into documents,
reports, presentations and email using computer
- Arranging and
coordinating complex travel reservations and expense
and investigating information to enable strategic decision making
and executing special business related projects.

- Creating and
editing correspondence, presentations, and surveys.
