Assist the Enrollment Management Finance and Administration office
with general accounting and administrative duties.

assignment is October 1, 2021. We are recruiting for two temporary
Process daily outside scholarship checks in a timely manner
including depositing, and reconciling.
Scan daily scholarship checks and ensure logging is correct.
Input invoices, scan them to box, and ensure they are imaged in
the central repository.
Ensure documents are approved and checks are cashed for
scholarship returns and invoice payments.
High School Degree. One year experience in accounting. Exhibits
professional demeanor, motivates others, and is client-focused. Is
reliable, timely, and adheres to deadlines. Ability to communicate
clearly written and orally. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word
