Job Description We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and loves to geek out on financial data andsolving problems in administrative systems and workflows. Folks with an independent spiritwho love being part of a team will be a great fit.The Full-Service Bookkeeping position requires taking full responsibility for each clientsbookkeeping system and guaranteeing accurate balance sheets and revenue/expensestatements.Duties include full service bookkeeping, financial statement analysis, AP/AR, accountreconciliation, data entry, client training, insurance reporting, payroll, tax filings (payroll andstate sales tax), client meetings, and some internal administrative work. We work almostexclusively in QuickBooks petencies:Can explain how to do anything in QuickBooks Online (QBO)Basic understanding of tax rulesUnderstands how to review a P&L and audit a balance sheetKnows how to troubleshoot and fix errors in QBOAble to build complicated, functional spreadsheets that look professionalQualifications:Minimum of two years full-service bookkeeping experience in QuickBooksKnowledge of accrual basis bookkeepingProficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and WordExcited about learning new technologiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to multi-task and take initiativeMust exercise confidentiality and discretionReliable transportationHours:Average 30-40 hours/week.
