Overview:

This Salesforce.com Administrator role is responsible for ensuring SOCi is maximizing efficiency and full benefits from its MarTech and Sales Tech stack based on various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical, data and communication skills who will be reporting to our Director of Sales Operations. If you possess intellectual curiosity, a strong technical background and excellent communication skills this role is perfect for you. Salesforce.com experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be expected to:

-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of our TechStack

-Gather requirements and work closely with our Sales Operations Team

-Documentation of new processes

-Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes

-Update and modify the system (as needed) to increase benefits and usability

-Provide proper and in advance communication to users of upcoming system changes to minimize confusion and downtime

-Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions, and configurations within our Martech, Sales software stack

-User Assistance, Training, Adoption, and Satisfaction

Qualifications:

-3+ years of Salesforce.com Experience

-Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required

-In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and past success in expanding capabilities through the use of process builders, workflow rules, and validation rules. 

-Strong reporting background using SFDC reporting functionality

-Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions

-Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

-Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool

-Team player with positive Can-do attitude

-Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook

-Undergraduate degree, ideally with a business, or marketing concentration. B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, MBA, or equivalent work experience is a plus.

-Authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
