Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for daily oversight of sand production and leading a team of Process Engineers and Technologists. This requires excellent attention to detail, high communication with field counterparts, excellent analytical skills and a curiosity for automation and programming

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day oversight of manufacturing operations
  • Run and analyze processes
  • Consistent and meaningful communication with field personnel
  • Dispatch field personnel to investigate concerns
  • Process Improvement recommendations
  • Perform statistics, trend monitoring and analysis on process
  • Supervise, inspire and lead a team of Process Engineers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field Engineering, Physics, Engineering Technology or related
  • Supervisory experience leading and managing a team
  • Recent experience with Industrial Systems
  • Experience with Python
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency
  • Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information
  • Ability to work a 14/7 rotation schedule - both days and nights
