Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

TripActions is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first sales employees to build out our brand in Austin. This person will be in charge of identifying net new accounts and creatively engaging with the C-suite.

This role will be vital in building pipeline and revenue for the company. This team is heavily collaborative and motivated by achieving personal metrics/goals and a desire to launch their sales career.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage part of the sales cycle from prospect to qualification
  • Generate net new meetings with potential customers using personalized outreach
  • Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
  • Understand the TripActions' value proposition and multiple products using appropriate sales qualification standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, C-level executives and internal cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth
  • Achieve monthly quotas and daily metrics of 100 emails & 50 calls per day

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ months of prior outbound sales experience
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup
  • Growth mindset: an ability and desire to learn and pivot skill sets based on business needs
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
