Due to Covid-19 this role will be remote until it is deemed safe to return to in office work. At that point the expectation will be this role will work out of our Austin, TX location.

Demand Generation Specialist

The Demand Generation Specialist will work with Marketing Managers to effectively execute marketing campaigns to target new customers, as well as cross-sell and upsell products and services to our current customers. This is a data-driven role with a significant impact on our business - your ability to execute marketing programs, manage multiple projects, and measure the impact of marketing efforts are key to success in this role. The ideal person for this role is strong at collaborating with other teams, is analytical with a focus and a bias toward efficient execution. You are focused, hard working and get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels including industry third-party campaigns, PPC & email marketing to generate pipeline. * Manage programs with numerous industry trade publications including securing dates, placements, tactic types, and lead delivery. * Strategically integrate and leverage demand generation tactics and tools, including email, webinars, events, social media, and search engine marketing. * Work with content marketers to create limited content, including landing pages, paid search & social ad and email text. * Work with Marketing Managers to persistently track and analyze campaign performance, evaluating why programs failed or were successful with an overall goal of generating more qualified leads. * Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure all leads & contacts are correctly managed. * Implement and manage email and nurture campaigns in Marketo. * Manage calendar and testing of nurture campaigns and other email programs in line with wider marketing objectives.

Job Requirements:

* 2+ years' experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a SaaS/software company * Experience in the areas of outbound marketing, demand generation and lead management to drive new customer acquisition, and ability to demonstrate how your work has directly supported sales/revenue generation * Experience implementing and managing online marketing campaigns including email marketing and demonstrated history of measuring all marketing activities. * You are a self-starter who likes to work in a fun and fast-paced environment. * Hands-on experience with and marketing automation tools (Marketo a plus). * Analytical in nature, enjoys problem solving and measuring results. * Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload based on impact. * Experience working for a rapidly growing SaaS company is a plus. * Experience working in hospitality software/technology industry a plus.
