Description:We are searching for a high-performing accounting or billing coordinator to work with a high profile customer.In this role, they will be performing rebates and invoicing. Invoicing will be completed twice a month, and will be received from third party vendors.Duties include:

• Constant communication with local and statewide departments
• Inputting and overseeing complex data into multiple spreadsheets (Excel proficiency is a MUST!)
• Transfer information from invoices into multiple spreadsheets.
• Compiling and maintaining back up required for audit
• Assisting with rebate system invoices. (Will invoice third party for rebates).Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:- 2+ years of experience in high volume billing / invoicing and/or rebates- strong communication skills, customer service- STRONG excel experience- Self starter, detail oriented, communicative- Highly motivatedNice to have:- Industrybackground: Hazardous Waste Industry- Rebate system knowledge- Bachelors (not required)Experience Level:Intermediate Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
