Description:This is a non emergency transportation call center. This person is responsible for coordinating rides to and from doctors appointments for Medicare/Medicaid recipients. With an avg call volume of 80 calls/day. This person will need to have a high level of patience. This role essentially acts as the liaison between the member and the transportation company (Metro Taxi, Dial a ride, etc)ModivCare is the nation's leading managed healthcare organization specializing in the management of healthcare transportation benefits.
