Job Description:

Q2 is looking to add a dynmaic Product Owner for our backend technology team that will run all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, open tickets needed for projects/tasks, assist in keeping a clean backlog, assist in informing the organization about any changes or work being done, ensuring that developers have what is needed for a successful project, and assist in keeping each project on track. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as liaison between multiple departments, including design, development, and implementations as well as marketing and sales
• Coordinates and collaborates with the development team, relationship management team and customers to help fully develop new products and enhance existing products
• Provide industry research to be utilized in product business cases
• Work in close collaboration with the design team to further user experience within products under your ownership
• Manage the reporting for product backlog, expanding specifications, and ensuring alignment with broader vision for the product and platform
• Deliver product acceptance testing protocol for the development organization you work with to ensure highest quality and customer experience
• Develop and deliver training materials for internal groups on key functional aspects of products under your ownership
• Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • B.S. or B.A in Engineering, Business, Architecture, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years in product management, financial services or digital channel is preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • Strong teamwork, organization and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
