Position: Project CoordinatorLocation: Austin, TX 78727Duration: 6+ month contract Role Description:This role will support fixed assets audit. This role will help manage the process to audit capital assets by defining project kick-off cross-functionally with fixed assets, group admin, and finance teams, following up to ensure 100% audit completion, and creating audit PRs.Additionally, this role will create reporting to measure audit progress and provide training on how to perform actions within asset management tool.This role will compete audits for assets in 14,000+ cost centersSpecifically, this role will complete the following tasks:Define & broadcast schedule for audit of Fixed Assets.Provide support to asset management tool users on how to complete an audit.Follow up and track progress to audit completion.Generate and post semi-weekly audit progress reports.Create and submit audit filing PRs through full procurement cycle.Required Skills:Excellent communication (written and verbal)Strength in Excel and database managementDetail orientedFamiliarity with OS XExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsIndependent self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Education and Experience:Proficient in MS Excel or other data base platformsExperience in organizing and maintaining data.SAP experience a plus
