We currently have dozens of openings and would love to talk to you.The Funding role is very important and requires the qualified candidate to be able to work under very tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. The primary responsibilities of the role include:- Reviews Encompass files for readiness to order funds- Balances file and CD for funds needed- Orders wires from warehouse line systems to the settlement agents, and gives authorization for filing- Register MIN numbers within the MERS system- Reviews signed closing package for completion and accuracy- Pays Upfront MIP, VA guaranty fee, or PMI activation fee to respective entity when collected at closingCritical Requirements for all Candidates- Minimum of two (2) years of underwriting experience as a Funder- Strong PC skill with experience in MS Office- Experience in Encompass- Detail oriented and strong verbal / written communication skills- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelinesOur clients are offering above market compensation, signing bonuses, and a long list of benefits.Please submit your resume and compensation requirements.
