The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and expert communicator with a proven track record of working independently within a fast-paced, highly collaborative team.Description:We're looking for an experienced technical writer to author internal procedural content for Support Advisors. You will work collaboratively with content strategists, designers, and editors to produce content that is clear, direct, concise, and friendly.
