This individual must demonstrate a strong record of solving complex business problems, creating compelling designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to make their teams stronger and more effective.As a Sr. Product, you will:* Help to shape and communicate a compelling long-term design strategy and vision* Be proactive in identifying opportunities, creating strong partnerships internally, and identifying opportunities to improve and extend our products to benefit our customers* Be comfortable "going wide" and developing multiple, divergent concepts before "going narrow" based on research and experimentation* Deliver journey maps, detailed design specs, and prototypes for usability and concept testing* Participate in design critiques, seeking feedback for your own designs and providing constructive feedback to team members.* Partner effectively with product, research, and engineering to deliver results that could not have been delivered by any one person or group alone* Persuade and educate others with qualitative and quantitative data to help leadership, peers, and teams understand a design direction and its rationale* Mentor designers to grow their skills and careersYour peers would say you:* Are confident, yet humble* Make things work, get things done, and are an excellent communicator and collaborator * Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity* Share your expertise with others, acknowledge when you don't know the answer, and are eager to learn new methods, tools, and processes* Have a "glass half-full" perspective and strive to make the most of any situation * Make excellent, informed, decisions and know when to ask for advice* Excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams* Have a strong understanding of Agile methodology and best practices* Work hard to remain up to date on your craft and practice* Love working with diverse teams and personalities and partnering with others * Leave things better than you found themRequired qualifications:* Expertise in data visualization, from exploratory to explanatory - enabling users to quickly analyze and gain insights from data produced by a wide variety of services and devices* Experience in planning, conducting and synthesizing discovery research and formative evaluations* Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, lead by example, and consistently deliver quality work in an iterative manner* Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zeplin.
