Description:Looking for candidates preferably with customer retention and upselling experience. This does not need to be from a prior retention role, but if you have handled customer retention in any capacity in past roles.Our client is currently hiring Customer Care Advocates on a full-time contract to hire opportunity. These Customer Care Advocates will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their order status, payments, refunds, and service packages. Making adjustment to monthly payments. The majority of these calls may be from irate callers because they may owe a bill or an address was wrong. Candidate must be comfortable with problem resolution. Candidates that can figure out the problem without having to ask for a supervisor.Candidate must be available to work any shift between the hours of Monday to Friday 7:45am to 9:15pm and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays.Training: 6-7 weeks; can't miss a day throughout training. Someone that has vacation planned, they will not be the best fit.
