Qualifications 12 years of relevant experience in Business
Operations, Management Consulting, or Operations.
Experience managing business executive stakeholders in a global

About the job The Industry Solutions organization in Google
Cloud drives the definition, business development, asset creation,
enablement, and rollout of industry solutions.
As the Head of Business Operations on the Industry Solutions
team, you will be the operations lead for the organization
transforming Google Cloud’s go-to-market. You will collaborate with
the regional Sales leadership, Solutions Engineering, and Industry
teams to drive solutions business growth, drawing on your
experience as a business executive and your broad knowledge of
You will build a deep understanding of Google Cloud’s horizontal
and vertical (industry) solutions, and leverage it to develop
methodologies to define strategic approaches to solution business
reporting and engineering metrics (e.g. focused account program and
portfolio process) and operationalize them through your
organization. You will set priorities with Sales and Engineering
leadership and define key metrics to track success against these

Responsibilities Act as proxy for VP, Industry Solutions as
needed in meetings or quick decisions.
Work with Regional Sales Operations leads and Partner
organization to develop and manage Solutions Sales hygiene,
including developing solutions scorecards and reporting, building
solution white space analysis by territories, advising on
developing and launching business plays.
Drive Focus Account Program definition and execution.
Drive ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and acquisition research
for portfolio gaps that cannot be covered by Engineered products or
Packaged solutions. Drive Portfolio Process with Engineering to
determine solutions to be built, packaged, partnered, or
Lead overall Industry Solutions headcount and Operating
