Job Summary :
Our Professional Services Department is looking for a
hardworking, innovative and goal driven Implementations Director to
contribute to the continued success of our company. This is an
implementation position within our Professional Services
team in an exciting, customer-interfacing role that couples
leadership, functional, technical and customer relationship skills
to successfully deliver implementations of our Digital Banking
software solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated
experience in leading and executing digital projects successfully.
The Implementations Director will provide project delivery and
solution leadership to ensure that the Digital Banking solution is
implemented and adopted effectively. Excellent communication, along
with analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are
crucial to the success of this position.
The location of this position can be remote in the United

Partner with other senior members of the Services team to define
and enhance implementation strategies.
Oversee and track projects from kickoff to deployment, ensuring
that all team members are adequately prepared; managing risk across
your project portfolio; and, ensuring customer obligations are
Effectively utilize a team of resources and adhere to schedule
dates to ensure successful project completion and customer
Work with customer stakeholders to identify and understand risks
to project completion.
Handle issue resolution escalated by customers or other team
members and engages appropriate resources to ensure proper
mitigation and customer satisfaction.

roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed to ensure customer
Define and implement best practices for digital banking project
execution and rollout.
Lead solution discussions between the Alogent and customer
teams, bridge the gap between the customer’s business needs and the
Alogent products, including: Act as Subject matter expert (SME)
Verbalize, consult and document customer requirements and
requests for enhancments
Interact with the Alogent Product management team
Definition and creation of workflows and business rules.
Definition of the hardware, system software, and network
configurations required for implementations.
Partner with 3rd party integration vendors to understand
solution and review API documents to articulate development and
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to evaluate and
iterate on requirements during project phases.
Provide effort estimates, staffing requirements, timelines,
pricing and SOW document input for implementations.
Conduct analysis and resolution of complex customer
problems/situations while practicing excellent customer relation
Participate and assist in various interdepartmental processes
including technical sales support, defect reporting and handover to

7+ years’ of digital banking platforms/solutions delivery
experience and detailed knowledge in online and mobile banking
deployment model for banks or credit unions.
7+ years’ leadership experience with leading diverse teams in
the implementation of software for banks or credit unions.
Experience integrating into Core Banking products, P2P, Bill Pay
or similar banking experience.
Specific experience implementing or maintaining enterprise-level
systems such as Digital Banking Single-Sign-On and API Online
Assist in understanding and addressing customer questions.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to a business team.
Ability to provide a consultative approach to customer specific
requirements to provide the optimal solution to the customer.
Documentation, problem solving and presentation skills for
internal and external stakeholders.
Resolving complex requirement conflicts through effective
Experience working for a software product company.
Ability to organize, manage and prioritize activities.
Demonstrated experience in managing distributed, remote
