Global Operations' focus is on improving the health of our
products and helping people understand how to use them through both
direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. Those

to join our Workforce Management team by supporting data and
analytics processes and solutions while working across multiple
operations teams to provide strategic and tactical guidance.
Define and build Workforce Management capabilities to support
both large scale data initiatives and smaller specialized
initiatives with a global footprint.
Create, maintain, and manage data and analytics solutions that
can adapt to dynamic product changes.
Analyze historical trends and provide business recommendations
and inputs to enhance and improve the Workforce Management Supply
Work closely with tooling & analytics teams, operations
leadership, and multiple cross functional teams to understand goals
for partner management team.
Mitigate capacity risks and provide capacity levers by managing
dependencies across multiple operating units and sites.
Prepare and deliver periodic executive-level updates on status,
insights, and trends to help inform and guide critical business
Support the sizing and scoping of new projects and initiatives
and provide analytical support to internal teams for initiatives
and special projects.
Identify and communicate data-driven insights to key
stakeholders, partners, and leadership.
Support forecasting for volume, staffing levels, and resourcing
needs when needed to enable operations teams to achieve strategic
goals and optimize operations outcomes.
4+ years of work experience in operations, strategy, data
science, or analytics
Demonstrated problem-solving experience with experience
transforming complex information into actionable business
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional
stakeholders and partners
Project, program management, and process development
Experience in Microsoft Office products
BA/BS in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics,
Engineering, Mathematics, Business, etc.)
MBA or Master’s degree
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages
(e.g. SQL or R)
People management, coaching, and/or influencing experience
