(Role):DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOREssential Competencies of the Role (3
- 5 Primary Areas):1. Assist and ensure all proper processes are
being followed by each driver, including manifests, FER's, DOT
logs, and driver issue logs on a daily basis.2. Assist in training
and coaching all drivers following training guidelines and Best
Practices.3. Assist with monitoring fleet of trucks daily to ensure
all trucks are clean and in good repair for delivery.4. Be
responsible for, and follow safety, health, HACCP, and OSHA
regulations by participating in and leading safety meetings,
reporting hazardous conditions and performing job according to Best
Practices.5. Follow processes for the vehicle crash and workman
comp reporting procedures to assist drivers in completing incident
reports and contacting Fleet Response. Required Qualifications:A.
Comply with DOT regulations and have a valid Driver's License in
the state which you reside.B. Must be a good team player and be
able to effectively communicate with CDC customers and employees.C.
Must have an MVR within established company guidelines.D. Must be
willing to work weekends, holidays, or when requested to support
the 24/7 business.E. Must be at least 18 years of age.Preferred
Qualification (if Applicable):A. Previous training, lead, or
supervisory experienceB. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft
Office SuitePhysical Demands and Work Environment:A. Ability to
work in temperatures ranging from 35 degrees - 75 degrees
Fahrenheit.B. Must be able to repetitively lift/carry up to 75
pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds.C. Must be able to perform
frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and squatting and frequent
reaching over shoulder, waist level, and from the floor.D. Must be
able to work in a fast-paced night time environment.Qualifications
