BOLT Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of SaaS distribution
software and services to the property and casualty insurance
BOLT is searching for a Managing Director, Sales who will report
to the Executive Vice President and has direct responsibility for
meeting individual sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Can effectively develop and execute an enterprise software and
solutions-based sales plan or has experience selling complex risk
management and insurance programs.
Is a high-performing enterprise solution sales person
Can excel in a startup type entrepreneurial environment
Has a track record of exceeding annual sales goals
Will excel in a longer sales cycle and team selling
Understands the P&C distribution vertical for Personal and
/or Commercial lines
Will continuously prospect to build a solid sales funnel
5+ years’ relevant sales experience
Proven ability to engage with and influence others
Experience leading a consultative sales process
Driven and able to work independently
Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The salary range for this position is based on experience

Start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
Ability to accrue Paid time off/Sick days in your first year
