In this role, you will be responsible for leading and owning a product experience, partnering with product, engineering, and marketing along the way. You will be working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to envision, design, and prototype new products and features.As a member of the Product Design team, you will be responsible for developing and continuously improving our web and mobile products through a user-centered approach utilizing research, data, interaction and visual, and product thinking skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment meaning we work closely and collaboratively across the organization. You are expected to approach problems holistically and create simple, yet refined solutions for a multi-faceted product. What you'll do Evangelize product design within the company and design ecosystem. Partner with product and engineering to plan strategically and think tactically, helping define the future of the team and roadmap. Lead and attend critiques, planning sessions, and team meetings. Shape and refine our products through user research and data, while executing high-quality design work including wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and multi-platform interactive prototypes. Take concepts from ideation to execution, creating a unified end-to-end experience collaborating closely with product and engineering along the way. Proactively mentor other designers to improve system and craft. Contribute to our design system and toolset. Design simple, beautiful platform experiences. Uphold our design quality standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a cross-platform product design team (Mobile Web, Desktop, iOS, Android, etc.) Experience designing UXUI on multiple platforms with current tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer, etc.) Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions Experience conducting or utilizing qualitativequantitative user research and data to validate design solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellence in design craft "Systems thinking ability Portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented design showcasing interaction, visual design, research, typography, and ideation. Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, diverse cross-functional team in a dynamic, rapid growth environment Bonus - Experience working with a remote team
