Your Team

This position will promote the vision and be a representative of a master plan lifestyle community located at Easton Park in Austin, Texas. You will be the first impression to our residents and guests. This position will also help maintain the image of The Union by assisting in the upkeep of the amenity center's pristine condition.

This is a part-time (10-25 hours per week) evening, weekend and some holidays will be required.

Your Key DeliverablesCustomer Service:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for visitors while located at the greeting desk.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors and provide information.
  • Administer resident programs including but not limited to, new resident registrations, guest passes, lease information from owners renting property and other resident relation information.

  • Walk the facility as needed in order to best assist members and guests.

  • Light cleaning will includes but not limited to; straighten anything out of place, pick up trash, wipe down equipment and generally keep The Union clear and tidy.
  • Report any accidents, unsafe conditions or significant cleanliness issues to the appropriate team member.

  • Enforce rules and regulations for use of the amenity center.

  • Log in/out and distribute activity equipment and keys. Ensure that equipment and keys are returned in good condition.
  • Respond to inquires from homeowners, residents, vendors and any other person having business with the community.

  • Refer inquires to appropriate resources.
  • Support community events as requested.

  • Assist the Facilities Manager, Lifestyle Director and/or other HOA team members as needed.


    • Open or close the amenity center as the shift requires.
    • Create documents, flyers and announcements.
    • Document processes as needed.
    • File electronic documents using standardized process and file naming.

    • Train all incoming personnel on phone, computer systems, office equipment.
    • Monitor and respond to emails as needed.

    • Notify the Facilities Manager of any considerations requiring repair or maintenance.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Must Haves

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
      • Excellent people skills
      • Excellent time management, organizational and follow up skills
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong conflict resolution skills
      • Flexible work schedule which includes days, weekends, evenings and possibly holidays
      • Works with limited supervision
      • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

      • Ability to learn different computer programs
      • Ability to maintain positive relationships
      • Ability to multi-task and manage frequent interruptions
      • Maintain First Aid and CPR/AED certification

      • High School Graduate

      • Strong written, verbal and analytical skills

        Nice to Haves

        • Knowledge of community management principles
        • Bilingual in Spanish
