French Bilingual Relay Communication Assistant - Part Time

The Relay Communication Assistant relays telephone conversations
between deaf or hard of hearing customers that are using a computer
or TTY and voice customers using a regular telephone. The Relay
Communication Assistant utilizes their ability to listen while
simultaneously typing to enhance the customer interface.

Sprint Accessibility offers communication products and services to
reduce or eliminate communication barriers for customers who are
Deaf, DeafBlind, have a hearing or vision loss, and cognitive,
speech or mobility needs that require additional assistance. With
Sprint Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) the Communications
Assistant serves as a link for the callers, relaying the call back
and forth between the parties by speaking what a text user types,
and typing what a voice telephone user speaks. Starting pay is
$14.25 with a 5% bonus opportunity. Full benefits including health

Grammar and spelling assessments required with 90% accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with deaf culture and/or American Sign Language
