Game-changing technology projects need expert project managers to drive them - and that's where our Project Program Management IT team comes into its own. We lead all aspects of IT project, program and portfolio activity and collaborate across all areas of the company to get results for our customers that exceed their expectations. Focused on completing projects and programs on time, within scope and budget, we define the project value proposition, manage resources, guide project team members and keep leaders updated on the project status and risk factors. Key Responsibilities The Communications Specialist develops, implements and manages the internal and business partner communication strategy for the VP of Supply Chain & Order Management IT, working with the organization's leadership team to increase team member engagement and inform key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have internal and external communications experience; proven success working with senior leaders; strong writing skills; strategic planning ability; task and deadline oriented, and strong messaging skills to help create employee engagement within the organization and drive IT priority alignment with both our business partners and team members. Collaborate with team leaders throughout the IT Supply Chain, Order Management, and Order Experience organizations to develop and coordinate a content management strategy for internal communications across all communication channels including company intranet, email, social, blogs, newsletters and other forums. Manage all internal communications content across the organization, ensuring consistency of message and alignment to overall company and IT strategy. Write, edit and produce executive leadership communications including, but not limited to, organizational announcements, management emails, management talking points, PowerPoint presentations, Ops Reviews, business partner updates, and other multimedia communications. Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional internal communication is needed (and serve as point of contact for suggestions from other staff), and develop a plan to meet those needs. Solicit feedback and input on internal communications and recommending new systems and vehicles to improve the quality, consistency and timeliness of information. Encourage the adoption of relevant social media best practices into the organizations culture and manage the organization's internal social media related projects. Update content on corporate intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
