As a Team Leader, you will be responsible to complete the below daily tasks for our team members and customers under the leadership of the Warehouse Supervisor. Responsibilities: · Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed · Assign work to warehouse associates to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met · Manage picking team by conducting audits regularly · Be able to multitask i.e., ensuring pickers are staying on task while also providing the line with necessary materials · Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates as needed · Perform assigned projects as instructed · MUST be available to stay until end of day/work is completed · MUST have flexibility to work mandated overtime with 24–48-hour notice Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: · Excellent leadership skills and communication · Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory software. · Understanding of compliance regulations and safety procedures in warehouse settings. · Ability to train team members on various warehouse power equipment including but not limited to: forklifts and power jacks · Collaborate skills · Attention to detail · Adaptability Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of walking through a cold warehouse environment below 34 degrees for up to 8 to 10 hours daily. Ability to walk through warehouse for up to 8 to 10 hours per shift. Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time with constant interruptions Ability to live over 15 to 40 lbs multiple times a day Competencies Preferred: · Delegation · Detail Orientated · Time Management · Solid communication · Problem Solving Ability · Adaptability
