Southwest Fleet - 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required

well-balanced schedule with weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized
freight, ensuring you get the home time you need while keeping your
miles strong. What We Offer: ? Regionalized Freight: Our Southwest
Regional Fleet provides consistent routes focused in specific
regions, making trip planning manageable while ensuring predictable
home time. ? Weekly Miles & Pay: Drivers typically run 2,000 miles
per week , earning an average of $1,200 gross per week , depending
on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability. ? Freight Type: 100%
no-touch freight , with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload ,
so you spend less time waiting and more time driving. Equipment &
Support: Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
, equipped for comfort and reliability. Get 24/7 access to
operations support —we’ve got your back anytime, day or night.
Vacation Package: 1 year = 1 week 3 years = 2 weeks 7 years = 3
weeks 15 years = 4 weeks Additional Pay & Bonuses: Detention Pay:
$12.50 per hour after the second hour. ? Layover/Breakdown Pay:
