family law attorney to join our Austin team in a hybrid role . In
this position, you will represent real families navigating divorce,
custody, SAPCRs, and more with heart, strategy, and strength.

Compensation and Benefits OTE (On Target Earnings) $170,000 with 3
years of experience plus performance-based bonus compensation you

$170,000 total comp, DOE Responsibilities: Represent clients in
family law matters, including divorce, custody, and SAPCRs, with
empathy and strategic insight. Collaborate with our team to develop
comprehensive case strategies that align with clients' goals and
values. Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy
and adherence to legal standards. Conduct thorough legal research
to support case preparation and client advisement. Advocate for
clients in court, presenting cases with clarity and confidence.
Maintain open and supportive communication with clients, keeping
them informed and empowered throughout their legal journey.
Participate in firm meetings and contribute to a positive,
collaborative team environment that fosters growth and innovation.
Qualifications: 3 years of experience in family law, including
divorce and custody cases, with a minimum of three years in
practice. Ability to draft and prepare legal documents such as
pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision and adherence to
legal standards. Proven track record of conducting thorough legal
research to support case strategies and provide informed client
advice. Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best
interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Ability
to represent clients in court hearings and trials, presenting cases
effectively and confidently. Excellent communication skills to
maintain open and consistent dialogue with clients, ensuring they
are informed and involved in their cases. Demonstrated empathy and
strategic insight when collaborating with clients to understand
their needs and goals throughout the legal process. About Company
