Transfer of RSUs, preparing board consents, and handling employment
law matters
Support HR team and policies, drafting corporate governance
documents
Required Qualifications:
Mid-Senior level of seniority

Experience with employee accelerations and corporate governance
Web3 proficiency is a plus
