$150,000 per yearA bit about us:Our firm is seeking a dynamic,
experienced, and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney
specializing in General Business Law. The ideal candidate will have
a solid background in litigation, a thorough understanding of
general business law, and a passion for providing exceptional legal
services. The candidate should have an active Texas State bar
license, and experience in district court litigation. Familiarity
with the Railroad Commission would be a significant advantage. The
position requires at least 2+ years of experience in a related

- Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on a broad
range of general business law matters.
- Represent clients in district courts and before the Railroad
Commission.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and
contracts.
- Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing
exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives to
attract new clients and strengthen existing client
relationships.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure
the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends
affecting general business law.Job DetailsQualifications:To be
considered for this role, you must possess the following
qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law
school.2. Active membership in the Texas State Bar.3. Minimum of 2
years of experience in Administrative Law, with a focus on general
business law and litigation.4. Proven experience appearing before
the Railroad Commission and Public Utility Commission.5.
Significant district court experience.6. Excellent analytical
skills with the ability to make well-reasoned legal arguments.7.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.8. Strong
negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal
issues.9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.10. Proficiency in legal
