  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience working in the software application development space (or similar)
  • Passed the Bar Exam in the U.S.
  • Registered with the USPTO
