* Due to the nature of this federal government contract, US Citizenship is required* CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr. Informatica Developer/Lead. This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic ERP implementation for a large Federal government organization. Your future duties and responsibilities:* Demonstrates strong expertise in data warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures related to ETL design and development.* Develop technical strategies and architectures for high-performance, scalable and complex enterprise-grade system.* Work with ETL developers, business analyst, DBAs, system administrators, data modeling teams for ETL build and design.* Translate business requirements into technical requirements.* Understanding of Data Quality methodologies and data governance to ensure standardization of data is maintained.* Contribute to the requirements elicitation process, create application architecture documents.* Design, Develop and Test ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica Powercenter 9.x.* Performance tuning of end-to-end ETL integration processes.* Determine optimal approach for obtaining data from diverse source systems.* Be a key contributor to initiatives that require technical expertise.* Work closely with the team responsible for the maintaining the data model, including data dictionary/metadata registry.* Possess expertise in Project Migration and release co-ordination activities* Interface with Various Business stakeholders to understand the requirement and offer solutions.* Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application..* Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.* Work in a fast paced environment, under minimal supervision providing technical guidance to the team members. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:* Due to the nature of this federal government contract, US Citizenship is required** BS in computer science, information system or equivalent working experience* An overall 7+ years industry experience in Data Warehouse/Data Mart/Business intelligence delivery.* Minimum of 5+ years of Informatica Power Center 9.x or above.* Strong Exposure of working with web service sources/Targets, XML Sources and webservices.* Minimum of 3+ years of Linux / shell scripting complementary with Informatica.* Minimum of 3+ years in Informatica performance tuning.* Strong Exposure to Relation databases Netezza, Oracle & SQL Server including complex SQL constructs and DDL generation.* Experience with the Azure technologies.* Hands on Informatica Components(Designer, Monitor, Repository Manager& Workflow Manager) using Informatica Powercenter 9.x.* Experience in Creating Low level and High level Design Artifacts.* Proven experience in designing and building integrations supporting standard data warehousing data models star schema, snow flake and different Normalization Forms.* Ability to present technical concepts to senior level business stakeholders.* Ability to provide end to end technical guidance on the software development life cycle (requirements through implementation).* Analytical and problem-solving skills.* Exposure to Data modeling for data warehouses.* Ability to understand Business requirements and translate into technical design What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
