They design and deliver all kinds of training courses ? from lectures to lab exercises ? for the benefit of internal and external customers. Working closely with colleagues, tech experts, partners and customers, they shape curriculum content to suit diverse needs. Everything they do is about unlocking ways to get the best from our technology. Key Responsibilities + Strategic planning and initiatives related to the education services portfolio + Portfolio runbook definition and ownership + Portfolio Management scorecard + Continuous improvement of business critical operational processes + Critical operational processes, including: annual planning, operations reviews, roadmap reviews + Internal communications and strategic team engagements **Essential Requirements** + Excellent written/oral communication skills + Proven ability to influence others at all levels of the business + 5+ years of program/project management experience + Previous experience developing and maintaining an operations scorecard (KPI establishment, measurement, and reporting) + Improves continuously: anticipates and addresses gaps to prepare for future challenges Dell is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
