Services II Location: Austin, TX Multiple Positions Available:
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS
solutions tailored to customer needs. Providing technical guidance
and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose
effective migration strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to
customers on industry trends and emerging technologies. Sharing
knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and
creating reusable artifacts. Work closely with customers to design,
implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical
requirements and business objectives. Driving customer success
through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best
practices throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with
stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure,
and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. Managing
implementation process and risks throughout the project. Ensuring
adherence to best practices and optimizing performance. 25% of work
time may involve domestic travel to carry out job duties. (40 hours
/ week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $163550 - $177600) Amazon.com

Orientation Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in
Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration,
or related field and 5 years of post baccalaureate progressive
experience in job offered or as a Developer, or Engineer or in
related occupation. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the
following skills: 1. Architect cloud infrastructure solutions using
computer, storage, database, networking, and security services. 2.
Supporting large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, distributed
software applications, tools, systems, and services. 3. Design
enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect including
omnichannel customer engagement strategies. 4. Implement Natural
language understanding conversational AI using Lex framework. 5.
Experience with programming languages including python, SQL and
bash 6. Troubleshooting systemic problems in a Windows, Linux, or
