If you are looking for a special place to take your Product career in Identity to the next level, we want to talk with you. eBay is looking for an expert customer centric Product Manager to help design, shape, and drive product capabilities for eBay's KYC product suite. We are looking for rockstar product managers who have prior experience in building, designing and navigating solutions for the world of establishing and verifying User Identities. Experience with defining KYC processes (within a Payments entity and between entities) is a definite plus and will be attractive for this role. What you will accomplish: Define product strategy and roadmap for KYC at eBay. Represent KYC product to partners, legal, cross-functional product managers, and executives across eBay. Partner with business and legal counterparts in Policy, Data Science, Rule writers and Policy Ops. Prioritize the backlog by actively soliciting and curating ideas from partners across the organization. Contribute to technical design and architecture by challenging engineering to find innovative and efficient solutions. Champion product quality and recognize repeated failure points, driving preventative solutions. Identify risks and mitigation plans with development and quality engineering leads together with a plan for roll-back and business contingencies. Solve hard problems at scale and identify product solves for a global marketplace, including KYC for growth programs like eBay Balance and eBay Live. Build conclusive/bankable hypotheses and design experiments. Skilled in cross-domain modeling, problem solving, analysis and reporting. Monitor key product health metrics and drive insights in partnership with analytics Be the product champion who provides end to end view of customer experiences on Risk products and architecture to help communicate the value thereof to multiple audiences including product/business community & executives. What you will bring: 5 years of experience in product management, preferably for eCommerce products with a large and global user base. Experience implementing regulatory/compliance requirements for large organizations or large scale platform solutions Solid analytical abilities, experience in translating complex business issues into clear goals and product requirements Ability to execute in a cross-functional, matrixed organization Previous work experience in Compliance, KYC, Identity & Bank account ownership verification and the implementation of AML/Regulatory requirements. Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $111,200 - $192,800 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
