Job Description:
Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a leader in the energy sector
and the largest refiner in the US, is seeking an Advanced Senior
Change Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources
team. This pivotal role involves crafting, deploying, and leading
change management strategies to support our organizational
objectives, ensuring smooth transitions and the adoption of change
across all levels of the organization. Located at our headquarters
in Findlay, Ohio, this position offers the opportunity to work at
the forefront of the energy industry, driving transformational
change within a complex, fast-paced environment. Develop and
implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that
maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Work closely
with cross-functional teams to understand impacts of changes and
adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct impact analyses, assess
change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Support the design,
development, delivery, and management of communications related to
change initiatives. Provide direct support and coaching to all
levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct
reports through transitions. Collaborate with HR and project teams
to integrate change management activities into the overall project
plans. Lead the evaluation of the effectiveness of change
management strategies and make adjustments as needed. Strong
understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and
tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Ability
to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others
to move toward a common vision or goal. Flexible and adaptable;
able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with
a propensity to persevere. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, etc.) is highly preferred.
