Management (IAM) Analyst This position is an on-site assignment
(preferred). Summary : The Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Analyst is responsible for helping to keep systems and information
assets secured in accordance with industry standards and regulatory
expectations. This role involves managing user accounts,
integrating applications with Microsoft Entra for SSO, enforcing
access policies, and supporting compliance efforts. This role will
also oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) by securing
elevated credentials, monitoring privileged sessions, and ensuring
least?privilege access. Working with IT and security teams, the IAM
analyst will make sure the right people have the right access at
the right time, protecting sensitive data and strengthening the
bank's overall security posture. Wage Type : Salaried Essential
Duties & Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an

Perform integrations between Microsoft Entra Single Sign On (SSO)
and applications within the TPB ecosystem. Strong working knowledge
of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes. Support onboarding and
offboarding processes by provisioning and de-provisioning accounts.
Assist in compliance efforts related to identity governance (e.g.,
SOX, GDPR). Support centralized IAM governance and daily processing
of access requests and provisioning. Monitor and audit identity and
access activities to detect anomalies or unauthorized access.
Perform periodic Access Certification Campaigns (also known as User
Access Reviews) Maintain and update IAM policies, procedures, and
standards in alignment with industry frameworks (i.e., NIST CSF
2.0) and regulatory requirements (FFIEC, GLBA, etc.). Collaborate
with IT and security teams to maintain IAM tools and technologies.
Manage privileged accounts and credentials across critical systems
and applications. Implement and maintain PAM solutions (e.g.,
Infisical, Delinea) to secure elevated access. Monitor and audit
privileged sessions to detect suspicious activity or misuse Enforce
least privilege principles by limiting administrative rights and
ensuring just?in?time access. Support periodic reviews of
privileged accounts to validate necessity and compliance. Develop
and document any relevant training or supporting materials, for
example: communications, playbooks, training guides, etc. Support
Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and ensure secure
development processes are embedded and enforced throughout the
SDLC. Assist in RBAC role development and implementation across the
enterprise. Develop and maintain IAM documentation, playbooks, and
training materials. Manage IAM specific metrics monitoring and
reporting; Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate IAM
performance to senior management and stakeholders; Monitor and
report on the status of IAM activities. Support audits,
inspections, and reviews conducted by regulators and external
parties. Carries out responsibilities in a manner consistent with

Key Deliverables: Timeliness and accuracy of Microsoft Entra SSO
integrations. Satisfactory PAM credential cycling, vaulting and
usage. Satisfactory User Access Reviews. Satisfactory audit results
and regulatory examinations. Satisfactory and timely resolution of

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are
preferred. Required Knowledge/Skills: 2-4 years of experience in an
IS or cybersecurity role, preferably in the banking or financial
services sector. Strong technical hand's on aptitude with Microsoft
Entra and hands on Single Sign On (SSO) integrations required.
Familiarity with banking regulations, Interagency Information
Security Standards and cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST 2.0
CSF/RMF, PCI DSS, FFIEC, FDIC part 364 Appendix B, GDPR, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of core IAM
concepts, methodologies and cyber compliance frameworks. Ability to
manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team
