individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. We pride

headquarters, emphasizing the importance of face-to-face client
interactions and on-site collaboration with our skilled team. The
selected candidate will be integral to nurturing and expanding our
client base, driving the sales of our cutting-edge
telecommunications products and services. This position is not
eligible for remote work, requiring the Sales Representative to
engage directly with clients and team members within our
operational facilities. Duties and Responsibilities Identify
potential clients in the telecommunications sector and develop
strategic business relationships. Conduct market analysis to
understand the latest trends in telecommunications and adjust sales
strategies accordingly. Engage in business-to-business sales
activities, presentations, and the negotiation of contracts with
new and existing clients. Maintain thorough knowledge of company
products, competitors, and market conditions. Collaborate with the
marketing department to develop new sales strategies and
approaches. Regularly meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales
targets. Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing
clients' concerns, and promoting customer loyalty and retention.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management,
outlining market insights and new opportunities. Attend industry
events, conferences, and networking events to build professional
networks and promote company services. Participate in ongoing
professional development to enhance sales skills and industry
knowledge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’
experience in sales, specifically in the telecommunications sector
or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales
quotas and business development success. Strong understanding of
customer and market dynamics in telecommunications. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively
engaging with a diverse client base and building long-term
relationships. Ability to work in a team setting and collaborating
effectively with colleagues across different departments. Advanced
negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software
and MS Office Suite. Must be self-motivated with a results-driven
approach. Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and
professional events.
