Description:
Looking for a highly motivated senior software engineer (architect)
for Motive?s Small Cell solutions development team. The candidate
should have excellent technical & analytical skills. In addition,
the candidate must also have the ability to communicate well within
and outside the team.
Responsibilities:
? Participate in the architecture, low level design, implementation
and testing of various software modules in the Motive Small Cell
solutions portfolio
? Work with Product Manager and Solution Architect to refine
product requirements and define product design
? Participate in the agile product development process to produce
high quality software on time
? Communicate with development, verification and customer project
teams regularly
? Analyze and identify the root cause of the problems occurring in
production deployments, create fixes and deliver on time to
customers
? Ability to work well with a team of developers from various
remote sites to deliver high quality solutions to the end customer
