Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises and coordinates the
operation and performance of the Computerized Tomography (CT)
Imaging Section in coordination with professional staff, chief
radiologist, assistant directors and/or director of Radiology. -
Performs administrative and patient care duties directly related to
CT. - -Ensures the prompt and efficient performance of all CT
procedures. Keeps abreast of new technical concepts and
disseminates departmental information. -Supports the Health
System's policies, values and guest relations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with
Advanced certification in CT and Licensed by the Texas Medical
Board required (MRT) are required. -BSRT or similar Bachelor's
degree is preferred. Three years CT experience is required.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
