The company continues to grow as we expand sales to clinical practices (primary care and neurology) and deploy at scale with health system partners. We are looking for an Elixir Full-Stack Engineer to develop features from the back to front, increase team velocity, and bring their edge into our technical vision.Elixir Full-Stack Engineer (Austin, TX - Hybrid Remote)We are hiring an Elixir Full-Stack Engineer to improve the lives of patients and their families impacted by their cognitive health. You will play a key role in developing products that help hundreds of thousands of people obtain clinically validated information about their cognitive health. Your work will support those patients and their caregivers through a digital-first journey from diagnosis to care planning to therapeutics and beyond. You'll help build experiences that lead to lasting change as the new standard of care.You'll join the engineering team at a critical moment for the business as we roll out our new application stack built with the power of Elixir and Phoenix. Our team is deeply experienced in Rails, but over the past year, we have fallen in LOVE with Elixir. Your role will be to write code and also drive architectural decisions that support our user-facing tech stack. Of course, the ideal candidate will have experience shipping an Elixir application to production, but if you haven't, you should be willing, able, and excited to learn a new stack.What You'll Do:

Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering team members to build out our next generation of provider-facing productsBuild and maintain our application APIBuild and maintain third-party integrations and their supporting servicesConsolidate and deprecate legacy codeWrite clean code with 100% code coverage being the normWhat You've Done:
You've demonstrated a solid ability to work in production environmentsYou have deep experience maintaining production applications, particularly in mobile-first environmentsYou have a strong knowledge of API design and integration strategiesYou can live and evangelize a security-first posture -Your code is clear, maintainable, and testable -You've got experience with Git, continuous integration, and regular deploymentsYou have an understanding and appreciation for UX and usabilityYou have architected, implemented, and maintained complex web applicationsYou have built highly organized and optimized stylesheets using SASSYou have experience with the polish and productizing of functionality, using things such as feature flags, analytics, and optimization toolingProficient in data modeling and database design with experience in PostgreSQL or other relational databasesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issuesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and project requirementsYou have excellent written communication skills and an ability to contribute to the team by performing code reviews, knowledge shares, and general good cheer5+ years of professional experience as a developerWhat You Might Have Done:
Experience with and understanding of Phoenix and LiveViewYou have experience working in a HIPAA, SOC2, and/or HITRUST environmentYou have working experience as a Front-End developer in addition to Back-End expertise, specifically in MVC frameworks like React, Angular, or Ember.jsExperience with automated testing frameworks such as ExUnit, and integration testing with an ability to maintain a high degree of code coveragePowered by JazzHR
