The HP Digital Content IT team is looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to guide software development for Digital Content solutions. This position will be central in our efforts to build and transform global content platforms and will offer tremendous opportunity to become an expert in this growing subject and to make huge HP business impact. Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask will be crucial to being successful in this integral position. A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and should be able to provide solutions for the diverse requirements provided by stakeholders from global cross-functional teams. Having knowledge of HP's new product introduction processes from product engineering, master data governance, product marketing, e-commerce through to customer support life cycle stages helps appreciate the complexities of HP's product life cycles. You should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of best-practices and be curious to learn new technologies with a growth mindset. One should be able to independently handle developing and managing enterprise grade Java and .Net applications in cloud and private data center infrastructure. In addition to designing and coding in these technologies, you will be driving a small team of developers responsible for delivering the features needed by our stake holders.Roles & Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on technical consultant for application development teams by partnering closely with the other technology groups to develop end-to-end solution architecture, including application, data, system integration, security, and infrastructure domains.
• Partner with business and cross functional teams to deliver solutions that delight our customer base.
• Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
• Design with security in mind: work with the HP Cyber Security team assess and optimize security controls.
• Can validate/evaluate if an information systems or operational architecture meets technical requirements and specifications.Knowledge & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and developing Core Java/Spring and .Net based solutions with Oracle/SQL server/mongo DB backends.
  • 2+ years of experience in deploying and managing web-based applications in AWS or/and Azure platforms will be a differentiator.
  • Familiarity with NOSQL platforms in building modern architectures will be an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria, gather regular feedback, protect timeline, and keep backlog groomed.
  • Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced, collaborative & distributed workforce environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communications with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, multitasking while meeting a variety of deadlines.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban or Lean with strong software engineering practices.
  • Scalable computing, Data analytics and BI experiences is desiredEducation and Experience
    • The candidate should have related educational and career experience including 8+ years' experience in full-stack development. BS in Computer Science or related field preferred but not necessary.
    • Demonstrated experience working with product owners, project managers, scrum masters and key stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
