Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated SAP ABAP Developer to join our team to support our government clients. The SAP ABAP Developer is a multifaceted role that will be responsible for performing complex analysis and programming, design, testing, and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade and support of SAP systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities. As a SAP ABAP Developer, you will:

• Hold responsibility for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships with users, within IT and with the vendors.
• Define, document, design, code, test and deploy workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, enhancements, and forms primarily using Process Orchestration and other SAP specific tools such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs. Experience with ECC and S/4 HANNA. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience providing end user support in a professional environment.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Must understand the business context of requirements develop solutions accordingly and will require frequent interaction with support team members.
  • Experience in managing ABAP developers as oversight both onsite and offshore.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge or experience with integration points.
  • Working knowledge and experience in specifying components of an interface design including automated processes, manual processes, monitoring and exception handling.
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities to reach project goals. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
