  • Partners with product managers/owners in advancing work forward to meet obligations and opportunities
  • Understands and effectively partners with business, technology, and product teams to identify and appropriately leverage SME's
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather information required for backlog creation and positively influence outcomes
  • Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout the lifecycle to ensure business objectives and product vision are being met
  • Understands overall product strategy, content of future releases and product roadmap
  • Ensure work items are broken down into manageable tasks and directly tied to OKR's
  • Create user flows, work items with well-defined acceptance criteria and definition of done and get alignment with the technical team/s
  • Drive grooming & prioritization activities
  • Understand and attend to the demand, priorities, impediments, and team capacity
  • Attend ceremonies and offer constructive feedback

Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 1+ years of experience with technology-powered products and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
    • Ability to understand, create and refine a healthy product backlog
    • Demonstrated understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
    • Ability to analyze and understand process flow diagrams
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:
      • Product Owner or equivalent certification
      • Demonstrated knowledge of product management tools like Aha, Rally, and GitHub
      • Proven understanding of API utilization
      • Proven understanding of DevOps methodology
      • Proven understanding of integration testing/automation practices

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
