Imagine what you could do at the Incubation Sales Group (ISG) in
Global Business Centre (GBC), the go to market and disruptor engine
for Nokia CNS business group. ISG team mandate is to challenge the
status quo of our CSP customers in technology adoption by creating
E2E partnership with key players in the ecosystem that will enable
not only GBC but also CSP to compete in the blue ocean and enhance
our joint competitive barriers for our competitors. ISG is both a
challenger and a partner to our customers in identifying and
executing on new revenue streams. Our mission is to break new
competitive ceilings, innovate beyond imagination, and develop
world class ecosystem of partnerships.
Imagine what you could do at the SaaS Sales Lead in Global Business
Centre (GBC), the go to market and disruptor engine for Nokia CNS
business group. Your mandate is to challenge the status quo of our
CSP customers in technology adoption from on premise to Software as
a Service consumption that will enable CSP to focus on their key
strengths to be successful in running their business, instead of
technology adoption and complexity.
The Global Business Center (GBC) is a collaborative organization
with creative and smart people powered by ground-breaking
technologies. Nothing stopping ISG from continuous innovations on
creating go to market for both CSP and GBC. Bring passion and

What you will learn and contribute to
SaaS Sales Lead will drive key SaaS sales and GTM initiatives in
his/her market and collaborate internally with cross function
teamsn to execute all aspects of GTM - from identifying CSP/market
demand, portfolio prioritization, engagement assets, customers
engagement, pipeline generation to sales closure. Together with
your global SaaS peers, you will engage multiple teams such as
Product Line Management, Business Operation, Customer Success,
Market Leaders, etc. to execute and deliver business outcomes.
As part of our team, you will:
* Responsible for SaaS overall business from pipeline creation to
sales closure - annual recuring revenue, sales, and sales
margin.
* Collaborate with cross functions teams to drive:
* Multi-year business plan
* GTM Strategy and execution
* Customer engagement
* Business and commercial modelling
* Solution roadmap prioritization
* Marketing strategy and execution
* Business operation
* Channel and technology partners
* Evangelize SaaS with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to influence customers, channel & technology partners,
analysts.
Your skills and experience
You must have:
* Telecommunication expertise
* Software-as-a-Service sales/business development
* Experience engaging at executive level
* Lead a global team
* Organizational awareness
* Demonstrable fast learner
* Experience with contracts, legal agreement
It would be nice if you also had:
* Master's degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation
skills.
* Independence, attention to detail, out-of-the-box thinking,
ability to deal with ambiguity, strong analytics.
