Senior Technical Product Manager
Deepwatch's Senior Technical Product Manager will work with cross
functional teams to develop and grow highly technical cybersecurity
oriented products.
Product Management at Deepwatch is about pushing innovation,
delivering business outcomes and building products that enable our
security teams to drive better security outcomes for our customers.
We drive towards enabling product teams who can truly own the
solutions they develop.
Position Responsibilities
This role will be primarily have 2 areas of responsibility: Guiding
a team of data scientists to identify, qualify and deliver on a
suite of AI/ML models to improve security outcomes.
Owning the delivery roadmap while working externally with
Operations and Marketing teams to insure implementation of the
model sets
Collect feature requests from existing and prospective customers to
grow the team's backlog with functionality that provides clearly
identified value
Ensure proper implementation across the customer experience
Manage the growth of our patented Maturity Model while working with
our cross functional teams
Developing a plan to grow our patented Maturity Model
Working with our delivery partners to ensure the model continues to
accurately classify and improve security posture
Ensure the Maturity Model continues to be embedded into how we work
with our customers

Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge
* Background in Cybersecurity required *

Must be able to define and manage complex process and/or product

You are intimately familiar with modern software development
practices used to build and deploy applications and data
systems
You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various
times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and
ops. You must be able to channel many points of view
Experience working with data analysis at scale. An understanding of
how to make big data small
Experience with software development and collaboration tools such
as Jira, Figma, Miro, Slack
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in
accordance with applicable laws
Preferred Experience, Skills And Knowledge
Technical understanding of machine learning concepts.
Ability to ask the right questions about any idea using ML
knowledge.
Consistent ability to remain user-centric at all times by focusing
on customer needs.

Ability to guide agile development practices to set the team up for

Colorado* Candidates :
Minimum salary of $124,000 + bonus + commissions + stock options +
benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range
based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or
skill level.
Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum
salary compensation for this role when working remotely from the
state of Colorado.
