Location: Texas - Within an hour of Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or Corpus Christi
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + Annual Bonus Linked to Company Performance + Benefits

Relocation assistance availableOur client in the polymer industry is looking for a visionary Marketing/Sales Director. Candidates must be located in Texas within an hour of Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or Corpus Christi. This role will initially be fully remote, but longer term, the company intends to establish an R&D/Marketing office in Texas and will look for a location in proximity to their new Marketing/Sales Director. The ideal candidates will have 5-15 years of experience and a proven track record for successfully marketing a niche technical product line to increase sales performance. Prior experience in the chemical and/or polyurethane industry is a plus but is not required. You will utilize your innovation, relationship building, and high level of motivation to develop and implement strategic plans that drive the business forward. This role can represent a step up in your career to a director position or you can be established at that level. --- Develop pricing strategies to optimize market share
--- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate business decisions
