RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Level 1 Technical Support in Austin, Texas (TX). Summary: As a Level 1 Technical Support you will handle inbound calls as a Tier 1 Help Desk consultant assisting instore associates with their technical support needs. You will also be troubleshooting client POS systems and hardware/software issues, supporting corporate associates, non-store contractor's with hardware, software, and account administration needs. This position is in a call center environment and consists of 100% over the phone support.

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in an inbound call center customer service or technical support environment
Troubleshooting experience
Connection to reliable internet and able to connect to an ethernet
Bilingual is a plus
