In this role, you will work on cutting-edge distributed technologies for the evolving Edge using latest cloud-native systems technologies. You will be a part of the team solving massive scale, performance challenges and building the next generation platform that will be the foundation for the various Infoblox service offerings at the Edge, and you will work with the best technical and thought leadership teams at Infoblox.You are the ideal candidate if you are an analytical thinker, problem solver, and collaborative learner.What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain features and iteratively deploy services using Infoblox's cloud-based architecture
  • Help design and implement components of the Next Generation Platform
  • Work closely with various cross-functional product teams
  • Stay current on key trends, especially in the area of technologies and frameworks such as Mesos/Marathon, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.What you'll bring:
    • 10+ years of software development experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, and Go
    • Experience in object-oriented design and coding
    • Experience in microservices architecture and container-based software using Docker and other container technologies is a huge plus
    • Experience with Kubernetes, Kubernetes native designs (CRDs, Controllers and Operator patterns is a big plus)
    • Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
    • Knowledge of DNS protocol and general networking concepts
    • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
    • Experience in agile methodologies with software development life-cycle experience
    • Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or EE is required, masters preferredWhat success looks like:After six months, you will---
