Seilevel is seeking experienced Software Product Managers to join our organization. The Senior Product Manager leads a team of Seilevel consultants and applies a thorough understanding of Seilevel methodology on client programs. Acting as the main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, the SPDM guides the team toward defining a blueprint for software development and ensures that requirements documentation is both comprehensive and accurate. Internally, the SPDM acts as a mentor to developing Product Managers and Requirements Analysts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as point on client engagements and manage a team of Seilevel consultants--
  • Understand and apply Seilevel's requirements methodology
  • Manage project budget, timeline, and deliverables
  • Perform data analysis, use case analysis, and business process mapping to identify and quantify inefficiencies which can be improved through automation
  • Quickly learn new subject matter areas after joining a project
  • Connect functional and technical requirements to business requirements
  • Write software requirements for Waterfall or Agile projects
  • Create and validate visual models to derive comprehensive requirements
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate clear communication
  • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in software development or related field
    • Demonstrated track record of leading successful projects and growing customers
    • Demonstrated ability to write complete, thorough, and understandable requirements documents
    • Deep understanding of requirements prioritization
    • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
    • Analytical problem-solving skills
    • Organization, planning, and project management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Self-starter, can deliver value with little direction
    • Loves to take a project from vision all the way to deployment
    • Always thinks about potential improvements when using software applications
    • Wants to make requirements facilitation fun
    • Strong leader and mentor
    • Capable of executing under pressure on high demand projects

      Seilevel is seeking entry-level Requirements Analysts to join our organization. The Requirements Analyst defines the blueprint for software development and, as such, must be highly detail oriented and strong in both verbal and written communication. The RA's primary function centers around elicitation and documentation of software requirements through various methods of analysis and communication with IT and business stakeholders.
