Duites:* Provide leadership and guidance to our software engineers in the development of their careers* Be a hands-on leader, working with the team to create organized, clean, and maintainable code* Collaborate with product and apply the principles of the Agile methodology in developing and executing the product roadmap* Own product features from concept to deployment* Be an integral player in creating software best practices that incorporate new architectures* Participate in lively technology discussions where your opinion is truly valued* Be a great mentor to engineers across the organizationREQUIREMENTS:* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 8 years working experience on an enterprise-level application* Coding fundamentals with experience in C, C++, Golang, or Java, OR language agnostic; Golang is not required* You have experience building and managing effective teams in an Agile/Scrum environment* You have broad experience working with software architecture and design* You adapt well to working with emerging technologies* You have a strong technical base and innovative mindset* You thrive in ever-changing environments* You communicate well with coworkers of all levelsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
